Create and See deliver within Australia and Internationally.

We charge for postage but do not charge a handling fee.

Within Australia

We offer 4 options for delivery with Australia Post.

Option 1

Direct Surface Mail: Gives us permission to charge and post surface mail without costs confirmation from the customer

Option2

Direct Express Post: Gives us permission to charge and send express post without costs confirmation from the customer

Option 3

Direct Registered Mail: Gives us permission to charge and send registered mail without costs confirmation from the customer.

Option 4

Pre-Approval: The customer requests a quote via email of the postage costs for either:

Surface mail
Express mail
Registered mail

The customer has 24 hours to reply and approve the postage costs or the order will be cancelled.

Internationally

Create and See determine freight costs on an individual basis, in liaison with the customer

Incorrect or damaged goods

If, on receival of your goods, the order is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 working days for a replacement or full refund of postage and goods.
